Job Responsibilities

In this role, you will meet and assist people who cannot manage their daily lives independently. Working within home care means visiting and helping citizens in their own homes. It requires a warm demeanor and respect, as you are invited into their private homes.

We always strive to provide the best possible care and support, placing great emphasis on each individual's right to self-determination. Clients should feel secure, knowing that our staff maintains a positive and professional attitude.

Qualifications

  • Education is desirable, but personal suitability and good interpersonal skills with citizens and colleagues are most important.
  • Experience is an advantage. If you lack experience, we will help you learn the job. If you are willing, you can learn! In addition to introduction days at the home care service, you will undergo theoretical substitute training via our education portal, Evikomp, as well as a 4-hour training course at our competence center at Wasagården.
  • Responsible, flexible, and with a strong work ethic.
  • In addition to a driver's license, you must be able to cycle.

Your well-being and fit within our team is important to us.

You can start your introduction quite soon, allowing you to work a bit during the spring if possible. Before extending your hourly contract, we will hold follow-up meetings with you. We will check that everything feels right and ensure you have the knowledge and qualifications required for the job, meaning you can continue working with us even after the summer.

We continuously monitor short-term absences among our staff.

Salary: Hourly wage.
Employment Type: Fixed-term employment.
Duration: 3–6 months.
Working Hours: According to schedule.
