Technical Property Manager focusing on installations and technical development for the Church of Sweden Malmö

The Church of Sweden Malmö is now looking for a Technical Property Manager who wants to develop, optimize, and future-proof our buildings and technical installations. Responsibilities

As a Technical Property Manager, you are responsible for the technical installations of the properties and work strategically with operations, energy, and technical development within the management area.

The role focuses on installation technology, operational optimization, and the development of the technical systems of the properties. You act as technical support within the organization and drive technical improvements together with colleagues, contractors, and external specialists.

While the Property Manager is responsible for overall maintenance planning and financial follow-up, you as the Technical Property Manager contribute technical competence and long-term solutions related to installations and property operations.

• Ensure the function, operation, and development of technical installations
• Operational optimization and energy efficiency
• Analysis and follow-up of operational data and energy consumption
• Planning and implementation of technical improvement measures
• Project management of installation projects and technical renovations
• Coordination of contractors and technical consultants
• Technical advisory to operations and the property management organization
• Ensure that technical systems meet regulatory requirements and internal guidelines

Qualifications

• Technical education in property technology, energy, HVAC, electrical, automation, or equivalent
• Experience in technical property management, operations, or installation technology
• Good technical understanding of:
  • HVAC
  • Ventilation
  • Electrical
  • Control and regulation technology
  • Property automation
• Experience in operational optimization and technical improvement work
• Experience in technical projects and contractor coordination
• Good system proficiency and experience with operational and monitoring systems
