Our client, Vinoteket.com, is a leading online wine retailer offering home delivery of wines from around the world. Founded in 2012, the company offers wines in all price ranges and simplifies the consumer experience regarding import, tax administration, and home delivery.

We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to support Vinoteket.com's customer service department with various service matters. You will communicate with private customers via email and some phone calls. The role involves handling issues related to refunds, adjustments, as well as delivery, invoice, and product inquiries. In this position, you will also interact with several external suppliers, requiring strong communication skills.

This assignment means you are employed by us at StudentConsulting but work for Vinoteket.com. The position is full-time during office hours, with some possibilities for remote work. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

You have experience working in customer service or other service roles. As a person, you are patient, proactive in your work approach, and capable of juggling multiple tasks simultaneously. You are a quick learner and take initiative. The role requires fluency in both Swedish and English, in speaking and writing.

You thrive in a fast-paced role that requires you to be independent in your work. Furthermore, you have a positive attitude, are confident, enjoy speaking on the phone, and possess good communication skills. A passion for wine and beverages is a plus.
