Job Responsibilities

As a nursing assistant or auxiliary nurse, you work both independently and in teams to achieve the organization's goals together. Our common focus is that the individual should feel secure, well-being, and have the opportunity to live a dignified life. We work from a salutogenic perspective, which means individually adapted care with the elderly person in focus. You become part of a team with assistants, nursing assistants, auxiliary nurses, and specialist auxiliary nurses where collaboration is central.

Work as an Auxiliary Nurse (Undersköterska)

As an auxiliary nurse, you work with care measures and have delegation for health and medical care measures. You have, among other things, responsibility as a contact person, document according to current legislation in our digital systems, and create and follow up on implementation plans. The role may also involve individual areas of responsibility, mentoring assignments, mentorship, and participation in the development of operations.

You also perform all the tasks included in the role of a nursing assistant or assistant, including various service measures.

Work as a Nursing Assistant (Vårdbiträde)

As a nursing assistant, you work with care measures and may receive delegation for certain health and medical care measures. You may also have specific areas of responsibility. Unlike the auxiliary nurse, you as a nursing assistant do not have mentoring responsibility and do not create implementation plans. You perform all the tasks included in the role of an assistant.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who:

• Are trained as an auxiliary nurse with a protected professional title (1,500 upper secondary school credits or upper secondary school diploma), or trained as a nursing assistant (800 upper secondary school credits).

Meritorious:

• Professional experience from nursing homes or other operations within elderly care.

We value good collaboration highly and are looking for you who have a good attitude towards people, are calm and confident in yourself, and have an easy time communicating in speech and writing in Swedish. As a person, you are empathetic and like to strengthen other people in their daily lives so that they feel well. You have a good ability to prioritize, see opportunities instead of obstacles, and thrive in a role that requires flexibility and a situation-adapted approach. Great importance is attached to personal suitability.
