Job Responsibilities

Being a teacher and professional pedagogue in Huddinge Municipality means having high expectations and believing that all students can achieve success based on their conditions. You build good relationships with both students and guardians, based on trust and respect. You are aware of your own influence on students' learning. Based on student results, research, and proven experience, you monitor teaching quality, reflect, and evaluate with the aim of developing teaching. You provide forward-looking feedback to students to support development and assist students in need of special support. We work with collegial learning, which means you collaborate with colleagues to develop yourself, your teaching, and the school's pedagogical work.

We are now looking for teachers for the school district who, together with the work team, will run and develop our fine operations. This is a fixed-term position lasting approximately 12 months. You have several subject colleagues but are also part of a work team where you plan and implement cross-curricular teaching together.

Profile

It is a requirement that you are a licensed primary school teacher with eligibility for grades 1-3. You are well acquainted with the steering documents and have good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish. You are flexible, have good cooperation skills, and find it easy to create good relationships and collaborate with students, guardians, the work team, the school's student health team, and school management. In your pedagogical leadership, you are a clear leader, and in the classroom, you have the ability to create a working environment characterized by safety, trust, and respect.

With good didactic skills, solid subject knowledge, a clear structure, and varied teaching adapted to the individual student, you create the best conditions for our students to meet the knowledge requirements. You see documentation and assessment of students' knowledge development as a natural part of your work. You have good analytical and reflective skills and constantly develop your teaching. You see yourself as an integral part of creating good conditions for students' learning. For this position, we place great emphasis on personal suitability.
