SO Teacher at IES Kungsbacka (Grades 4–9)
Join our team as a Social Studies (SO) teacher for grades 4–9 at IES Kungsbacka, starting in the autumn term of 2026.

We are looking for a dedicated Social Studies (SO) teacher on a full-time basis. Teaching takes place in a dynamic environment where we focus on reading comprehension, literature, and language development. Here, you will have the opportunity to work in a strong subject team where we collaborate to continuously develop our teaching methods.
About the Role
We are an international school with approximately 900 students from preschool class to grade 9. Our staff includes colleagues from all over the world. As a Social Studies teacher, you will be a key member of our team. You will be responsible for planning and delivering inspiring lessons and collaborating with your subject team. You will contribute to our positive school culture, which combines the Swedish curriculum with an international atmosphere.

- Swedish teaching license in Social Studies (SO).
