We are now looking for an IT infrastructure technician with a special focus on LAN and WiFi. The role involves ensuring that the customer's solutions meet requirements for availability, security, and performance.

The role includes managing our network services, as well as analyzing customer requirements, providing technical advice, and supporting incident handling, changes, and implementations for new and existing customers.

Examples of tasks

• Ensure daily operation and monitoring of LAN and WiFi environments (switches, access points, and network services)

• Troubleshoot and handle incidents, and conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues

• Plan and implement changes in the network environment, such as new VLANs, SSIDs, or capacity adjustments

• Work with capacity, performance, and WiFi optimization (coverage, load, and user experience)

• Contribute to continuous improvement through lifecycle management, documentation, and customer dialogue

Experience and verifiable requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in design, operation, troubleshooting, and advisory within LAN/WiFi

• Ability to conduct technical dialogues with both specialists and decision-makers

• Ability to identify risks, bottlenecks, and improvement measures in LAN and WiFi environments

Additional qualifications include knowledge of Intune, M365, and Azure.
