Join our team as a Swedish Teacher for Grades 4–6 at IES Kungsbacka

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Swedish teacher to join our team on a full-time basis, starting in the autumn term of 2026. Are you ready to make a difference in young people's learning?

About the Role

Teaching takes place in a dynamic environment where we focus on reading comprehension, literature, and linguistic development. Here, you will have the opportunity to work within a strong subject department where we collaborate to develop and improve teaching methods.

We are an international school with approximately 900 students from preschool class to grade 9. Our staff includes colleagues from all over the world. As a Swedish teacher, you will be a key member of our team. You will be responsible for planning and delivering inspiring lessons, as well as co-planning with your subject team. You will contribute to our positive school culture, which combines the Swedish curriculum with an international atmosphere.

• Swedish teaching license (legitimerad lärare).
• Experience teaching in grades 4–6.
