We are now looking for a Project Manager for a role within critical societal IT infrastructure. This role is suitable for you who have experience in change management, administration-adjacent work, and driving smaller IT-related initiatives in environments with high demands for stability and availability.

About the Role

You will work in a business where a mission-critical communications network is continuously developed and changed. The role involves planning, coordinating, and following up on IT-related changes in a structured and quality-assured manner.

You will work closely with technical specialists, administration, project operations, and other relevant parties, and also contribute to improving working methods and processes within the unit.

Responsibilities

• Drive and lead smaller assignments within the unit
• Plan, execute, and follow up on change initiatives
• Lead and coordinate work related to IT changes
• Ensure structure, progress, and delivery
• Contribute to prioritization dialogues with administration managers
• Support the business in implementing new or changed processes and working methods
• Work proactively and solution-oriented together with the business and stakeholders

Requirements for the Role

Mandatory Requirements

• At least 5 years of work experience in project management or project leadership within critical IT operations for telecom or networks in the last 7 years
• At least 4 years of work experience in administration organizations in the last 7 years
• At least 4 years of work experience in change management in the last 7 years
• At least 4 years of work experience in supporting businesses in implementing new or changed processes and working methods

Value-Added Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience with telecommunications infrastructure, such as optical networks, DWDM, or fiber networks
• At least 2 years of experience from the energy sector
