We are now looking for three Customer Service Agents for an international company where you will have the opportunity to work closely with corporate clients, contribute to their success, and be an important part of an engaged team in a changing and developing environment.
About the role
We are currently seeking three Business-to-Business (B2B) Customer Service Agents for a leading international company. In this role, you are responsible for delivering high-quality service and support to corporate clients, focusing on customer satisfaction, efficient case management, and a good understanding of the clients' business and needs.
The company continuously works to develop and streamline its processes through digitalization and automation. A key part of the role is to build long-term customer relationships, understand customer challenges, and contribute to their success. You will also collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure that customer inquiries and needs are handled in the best possible way.
Responsibilities
The team handles daily tasks such as invoice inquiries, order management, claims, and support regarding the company's products and services. The focus is primarily on business information, risk and credit services, as well as other business-critical solutions. Collaboration, shared responsibility, and a positive work environment are valued here, while high quality and professional service are always at the center. You will contribute to creating the best possible service experience via phone, email, and chat.
- Handling cases related to invoice inquiries
- User setup and password reset
- Providing general support regarding content in specific products
- Handling customer contact via phone, email, and chat
- Documenting and administering cases in case management systems
- Contributing to the development of digital and automated processes
We are looking for someone who has
- Experience in customer service or service roles
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft-based environments
- Good familiarity with working in case management systems
- Comfortable using the phone and computer as primary work tools
- Fluent proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
It is an advantage if you have
- Experience in Business-to-Business (B2B)
To succeed in the role, you have an eye for detail, you are communicative, solution-oriented, and structured with the ability to handle multiple cases in parallel. You work methodically and carefully, ensuring that nothing is left to chance. You are quality-conscious and have a strong customer focus, while also being comfortable working in an environment where rapid changes and a high pace are the norm.
