Make a difference with us

As a property manager, you play a central role in our customer-oriented organization. You are responsible for the ongoing dialogue with our customers, who are primarily housing cooperatives located in Ängelholm.

As a technical property manager here, you are responsible for the ongoing management and operation of our customers' properties. You handle contacts with authorities and suppliers. Other areas of responsibility include property supervision and maintenance inspections, revising maintenance plans, processing insurance and disturbance cases, and handling authority inspections. The role may also involve planning, procuring, and carrying out maintenance and investment projects. As an employee of Riksbyggen, you are also expected to serve as a board member in one or more housing cooperatives; if you hold such a position, a responsibility fee is paid.

You contribute with your competence and commitment

You have an academic degree from a university/college with a focus on property management, building and/or property technology, or equivalent work experience from the construction or property industry. We consider it a great advantage if you have experience with AFF agreements (Swedish Association of Residential Owners) and previous experience in association work.

We are looking for you who are customer-oriented and have the ability to see and meet our customers' needs – you want to be part of developing and creating good relationships and living environments. You provide good service and always act professionally. It is important that you are social and have the ability to create an open and trusting dialogue where proactivity and feedback to the customer are very important. You have strong problem-solving skills and want to work in a business-like manner. You enjoy working towards goals and finding new ways to develop yourself and the business around you.

You have worked administratively and have good computer skills as well as good ability to express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing. We view it positively if you have building technology education and project management experience. Experience in board work is an asset.

The position is a permanent employment and requires a B-driver's license and access to a personal car. The place of work is Ängelholm, but you may also work in other locations within the market area.
