What we offer

Several of our clients in Stockholm are now looking for engaged employees specializing in network troubleshooting. You will become an important part of a team handling mission-critical support and incident management in complex IT and network environments. The work is usually performed on-site, but remote work may be possible at some locations. Depending on the client's guidelines, various scheduling arrangements may apply, including work on a rolling shift basis during days, evenings, and nights.

This position begins with a fixed-term employment or consultancy contract, but with excellent opportunities for permanent employment. You are offered a developmental role in modern work environments where collaboration, responsibility, and technical problem-solving are at the core.

What the role entails

In this role, you will:

  • Support customers, colleagues, and suppliers via case management systems
  • Handle and resolve incidents, outages, and alarms in network environments
  • Troubleshoot, escalate, and distribute cases to maintain efficient workload distribution
  • Document events and prepare reports for major incidents
  • Contribute to the improvement of routines, processes, and documentation within the service desk

The work is often done together with a colleague, but there are also shifts where you work independently.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for you who combine technical competence with a strong customer focus and thrive in a role where you need to quickly switch between different tasks. You are self-reliant, meticulous, and have an interest in developing within networking and IT operations.

To succeed in the role, we would like you to have:

  • Post-secondary education in networking or telecommunications, or equivalent work experience
  • At least two years of experience from customer support, helpdesk, or internal IT support
  • Very good skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • It is a merit if you have Cisco competence, for example through CCNA certification or equivalent, but it is not a requirement.
  • Relevant certificates, such as within ITIL or similar, are a merit.
