Your role
We are looking for an engaged special needs teacher with a focus on mathematics for grades 4–9.
As a special needs teacher, you inspire and motivate students and teachers to achieve set goals by creating a safe and stimulating learning environment.
Your main responsibilities:
- Act as a pedagogical leader contributing to teaching development in mathematics at the school.
- Analyze students' needs and potential obstacles in mathematics teaching to adapt instruction accordingly.
- Together with teaching staff, be responsible for mapping students' knowledge development in mathematics.
- Stimulate students' curiosity, interest, and learning in the subject of mathematics.
- Be part of the school's student health team and contribute a special educational perspective.
Your qualifications and experience
- Licens as a teacher for primary school grades 4–9 in mathematics.
- Degree as a special needs teacher in mathematics.
- Experience teaching in primary school.
- Good ability to communicate clearly in speech and writing.
