About the role

In the role of Supply Chain Coordinator, you are responsible for planning and monitoring inbound flows from order to warehouse, including deliveries and import-related processes. You work closely with several internal and external parties to ensure efficient and stable flows with high delivery precision. The role involves both operational and tactical planning, where you continuously need to adapt and optimize flows based on changed conditions, forecasts, and capacity. You will play a key role in identifying deviations, prioritizing the right activities, and contributing to improvements in processes and working methods.

Your responsibilities

• Plan delivery dates, volumes, and priorities based on forecasts, capacity, and lead times
• Ensure stable and feasible inbound flows through proactive planning
• Place and monitor orders, ensuring correct delivery information and updated system data
• Coordinate deliveries together with suppliers, transporters, and internal functions
• Monitor inbound deliveries and handle deviations within transport, import, and warehouse flows
• Reprioritize and adjust plans when there are changes in the flow or business needs
• Contribute to improvement work related to planning, data quality, and working methods
• Collaborate closely with functions within supply chain, logistics, purchasing, and warehousing

Your background

We are looking for you who have experience in supply chain, logistics, purchasing, or other planning-related activities in an operational environment.

To succeed in the role, we would like you to have:

• Experience in planning and coordinating goods flows
• Understanding of inbound processes, delivery flows, and logistics
• Good system proficiency and experience working with data and forecasts
• Ability to work structured and carefully at a high pace
• Strong problem-solving skills and habit of making decisions and prioritizing
• Good communication skills and experience collaborating with various stakeholders

It is an advantage if you have experience in improvement work and Lean-inspired working methods.
