Härjedalskök, one of the largest kitchen suppliers in the Nordics, is now looking for sales representatives in Malmö. As a salesperson, you will have a varied daily routine where you are involved in the process from the first contact with the customer to the finished kitchen.

This position is a direct hire, meaning the recruitment process takes place through Bravura and you are employed directly by Härjedalskök.

The company owns the entire value chain – from production to sales and installation – and has over 30 years of experience. They are now looking for two new sales representatives who thrive in a varied daily routine and enjoy meeting private customers in their homes to create kitchens that fit their daily lives. The company works closely with its customers and places great emphasis on collaboration, energy, and good customer experiences – they love kitchens, but people even more.

💼 Responsibilities

As a sales representative at Härjedalskök, you work with direct sales to the private market and have a varied daily routine where customer meetings at private homes make up a large part of the work. The goal is to inspire customers and together develop the best kitchen solution based on their needs and wishes. In this role, you build long-term and trusting relationships, adapt the sales process to each customer, and ensure a secure and inspiring experience throughout the journey – from first contact to the finished kitchen. You are responsible for contacting private individuals interested in a new kitchen solution, booking and conducting home visits with potential customers, and presenting kitchen solutions in an engaging and trust-building manner. In addition, you participate in various sales activities such as trade fairs, events, booths, and other arrangements. You also have great freedom under responsibility and plan and structure your own working day in close collaboration with the Sales Manager. In this role, you work from home with your company car and spend the majority of your time working in the field.

  • Customer meetings & home visits with private individuals

🔍 Education, experience, and personal qualities

  • Interest in working with sales; previous work experience in sales/customer service is an advantage
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • Valid driver's license (Category B)

To be successful in this role, you are responsible and engaged throughout the entire sales journey – from first contact to the finished kitchen. You adapt your dialogue and working style to the customer's needs and wishes, while ensuring clear progress. You work in a structured and persistent manner with sales, are motivated by delivering strong customer experiences, and are driven by creating long-term results. Good communication skills are important, both towards customers and internally with colleagues, to create security and quality throughout the process.

Salary: Fixed salary + commission
