The Swedish Match Store in Nordby is one of their six stores in Sweden, where dedicated employees work every day to create first-class customer experiences focused on snus and nicotine pouches.

About the role

As a Snus Expert, you will become an important part of the store's daily operations and one of Swedish Match's foremost representatives to the customer. Together with the team, you are responsible for creating a welcoming retail environment and guiding customers through the assortment with high service and product knowledge.

You work closely with customers, assist in the daily operations of the store, and contribute to ensuring that every customer receives a professional and positive experience.

The position is 50% and working hours are scheduled on both weekdays and weekends.

We believe that you:

• Have experience from sales, retail, service, or hospitality
• Are social, driven, and thrive in interactions with people
• Are quick to take initiative and work independently
• Are motivated by creating first-class customer experiences
• Speak and write fluently in Swedish and English
• Have an understanding of Norwegian, which is an advantage
• Are at least 21 years old
