At Kulturama Primary School in Hammarby Sjöstad, there are currently approximately 630 students in grades 4 to 9. The school offers specializations in Musical, Music & Song, and Image & Form. We provide our students with high-quality teaching in the theoretical subjects of the curriculum as well as in our profile subjects. The teaching combines the development of students' artistic expression in the profile subjects with a clear focus on knowledge to strengthen their self-confidence.

We are now looking for a qualified teacher in French and English for grades 5-9.

ABOUT THE POSITION

The position includes teaching in French and English in grades 5-9, as well as mentorship.

You are responsible for professionally planning, implementing, and evaluating teaching based on current regulatory documents. The work is carried out both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues and work teams.

You adapt the teaching to the students' needs and use varied working methods that create engagement and participation.

You will be part of a work team where the operations are planned, implemented, evaluated, and developed through collegial learning.

QUALIFICATIONS

You have a teaching license with eligibility to teach in grades 5–9 in both French and English. Experience teaching in both middle and upper secondary school levels is advantageous. You are well-versed in Lgr22 and other relevant regulatory documents and have a good understanding of assessment and grading.

We are looking for someone who is confident, knowledgeable, and pedagogical, with a strong commitment to the students' learning, development, and goal achievement. You take initiative and have the ability to adapt teaching based on students' different needs and prerequisites, as well as work systematically to create study peace and clear learning goals.

You are flexible, structured, and clear, and have good skills in collaborating and contributing to the school's development together with colleagues. You build trusting relationships with both students and guardians and communicate professionally in various contexts.

It is advantageous if you have experience with digital tools and learning platforms, knowledge of and experience in using AI as support in teaching, planning, differentiation, or assessment, as well as an awareness of AI from a pedagogical and ethical perspective.
