LKAB Berg & Betong is a leading group providing full-service solutions for the mining and construction industry. We perform rock reinforcement and tunnel driving in our mines, as well as processing waste rock into gravel and crushed stone.

Your role

In your role as Production Manager, you will be stationed at the underground mine in Kiruna. You will be part of a business unit responsible for rock reinforcement in the form of shotcrete.

As a Production Manager, you are responsible for leading and coordinating daily production. This means you prioritize and steer the daily production planning. Your work focuses on ensuring the business is run efficiently with safety as a priority, so that we achieve our production goals. This is done in close collaboration with the Production Director, other Production Managers, customers, and our rock workers.

You will work in a shift pattern known as 7–7, which means seven consecutive working days followed by seven days off, together with a shift team of 12 employees.

What you bring

We are looking for you who take responsibility and have a holistic perspective. You are comfortable with change, communicate clearly, and create engagement through inclusion, while contributing to a respectful and safe way of working.

We also see that you have:

• High school education
• Experience working underground, such as tunnel driving/rock reinforcement or similar
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Driver's license for manual transmission

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience with shotcrete/concrete
• Experience in a leadership role
