DUTIES

Work at the nursing home, Bjärkegården:

As a care assistant or nurse aide at Bjärkegården, you work close to the residents throughout your entire shift. You provide support through care measures and, when delegated, health and medical care measures. The work also involves planning and carrying out activities based on each individual's needs, wishes, and conditions. Together with your colleagues, you contribute to creating a safe, meaningful, and pleasant environment where the individual is at the center. The role also includes routine tasks such as service measures and other common tasks within the operation.

Work within Home Care, Bjärke Home Care

As a care assistant or nurse aide in Home Care in Bjärke, you work with providing support and care to people, primarily over 65 years old, who continue to live in their own homes. The measures are based on each individual's needs and aim to create security, well-being, and enable a dignified life for as long as possible. The work in home care is varied and changing. You meet different people, work in varying home environments, and perform tasks adapted to the user's individual needs. The workday involves both independent work and responsibility, where you plan and carry out many tasks on your own. The role includes care measures and, after delegation, health and medical care measures. You also perform service measures and other common tasks within the operation.

Bjärke Home Care operates from newly built premises in central Sollebrunn and functions within a geographical area covering Gräfsnäs, Långared, Magra, Mellby, and Sollebrunn. The operation is characterized by a salutogenic view and approach, where the elderly are always in focus and care is adapted based on the individual's resources and needs.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who:

• Are trained as a nurse aide with a protected professional title (1,500 upper secondary school credits or upper secondary diploma), or trained as a care assistant (800 upper secondary school credits).

Meritorious:

• Experience from elderly care or other equivalent experience
• Category B driver's license

As a person, you are empathetic and enjoy strengthening other people in their daily lives so that they feel good.
