You also work practically by providing students with support measures individually, in groups, and as support in regular teaching situations.
Alongside this, you have a consulting and supervisory role towards colleagues, other colleagues in the student health team, and school management. As a special needs teacher, you are an important part of the school's student health team.
You develop, in close collaboration with teachers and pedagogues, the work in the classroom regarding adaptations and special support.
Your competence and experience
We are looking for you who have:
- Teacher certification as a special needs teacher.
- A special needs teacher degree with a focus on reading and writing development and experience within this field.
- Good cooperation skills, flexibility, solution-focus, and a good approach towards children, guardians, and colleagues.
- Ability to create positive and developmental meetings with students, guardians, and colleagues.
You view collegial learning positively with a focus on visible learning, leadership, relationship, and subject.
You are responsible, have the ability to see each student's individual needs and prerequisites, and in collaboration with colleagues, you can contribute to developing good learning environments for all students in the school.
You have experience and competence to drive school development issues, and pedagogical discussions interest you.
You have a language and knowledge-developing working method and can contribute to spreading knowledge in the collegium.
You are well-versed in current steering documents and have good ICT skills.
We would appreciate it if you have experience in driving the development of student health work at the individual, group, and organizational levels.
We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
