We are currently looking for a Service Manager within Ventilation who wants to help develop our service and aftermarket operations alongside us.

About the role

As a Service Manager, you will become an important part of our team, working closely with your nearest colleagues: another Service Manager, a Service Director, and a Service Coordinator. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and driving daily operations forward.

You are the hub connecting customers, employees, and operations. One moment you are planning resources and helping employees with their daily tasks; the next, you are handling customer contact, following up on projects, or working on service agreements.

In short – you ensure that the right person is in the right place, that customers feel well taken care of, and that operations run smoothly.

What you will do

In this role, you will among other things:

• Be responsible for service agreements and follow up that work is carried out according to agreement
• Build long-term relationships with our customers
• Work with the aftermarket and develop our service offerings
• Plan and allocate resources within the service operations
• Collaborate with project managers and other Service Managers
• Prepare quotations and follow up on economics and invoicing
• Lead, support, and develop employees
• Work actively with occupational health and safety

Who are you?

We would like you to:

• Have experience in leadership or a coordinating role
• Have experience from service, contracting, ventilation, or a similar industry
• Have good administrative and financial understanding
• Be solution-oriented and enjoy finding ways forward
• Be communicative and comfortable with customer contact
• Hold a valid driver's license (Category B)

It is an extra advantage if you have OVK certification and/or experience with balancing/adjusting systems, but we place great emphasis on who you are as a person.

FläktTeknik is a complete installation company within air handling, with both contracting and service operations. We currently have around 65 employees and an annual turnover of approximately 200 MSEK.

Our service department consists of around 30 people with broad expertise in OVK, ventilation, cooling, control technology, electrical, and automation – enabling us to offer our customers holistic solutions with high quality and technical competence.
