RESPONSIBILITIES

We operate several different types of activities – group homes, service apartments, and supported living – where people of various ages reside. Their needs vary, making the work both developmental and meaningful.

With us, you will meet:

• People with mild disabilities who need more pedagogical and social support.
• People with more extensive disabilities who require greater care interventions.
• Individuals who may sometimes exhibit challenging behaviors.
• People with mental disabilities who need clear, secure, and stable interaction.

As an employee, you become an important part of creating a predictable, safe, and stimulating everyday life, adapted to each person's individual needs.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who:

• Are at least 18 years old.
• Have a good command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
• Have good computer skills.

It is an advantage if you:

• Are educated, or are currently studying to be a support assistant, support pedagogue, childcare worker, or have another equivalent education.
• Have previous experience with the current target group or have a few years of working life experience in another profession.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability and are looking for you who are empathetic, calm, and responsible. We believe you have a strong interest in human behavior, psychology, and communication.

Employment type: Summer job / Vacation employment.
Duration: 3-6 months.
