Job Description

Within the home care service, you work in the user's own home and provide care, support, and services according to approved assistance. You work from a rehabilitative perspective, with an emphasis on the user's dignity and well-being. You are responsible for utilizing and stimulating the individual's resources and performing nursing tasks after delegation by a nurse. Here, you work with colleagues who have good experience and competence from care and support work.

We have team coordinators who plan the work together with you and your colleagues to ensure the quality of care and support for the user. The home care service in the inland area covers a large geographical area, and you travel using the municipality's vehicles. When traveling between users in the Inland area, you are met by beautiful nature and get to recover between visits.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are trained as an assistant nurse (undersköterska) and can provide proof from the National Board of Health and Welfare regarding the right to use the protected professional title. You need to have good computer skills to work in our operational systems.
