Our workdays are varied and meaningful, involving two-shift work and working every third weekend. If two-shift work does not suit you, we can also consider alternative working time solutions. Our care operations include special housing, home care, and activities for people with disabilities, and you will work closely with a cross-professional team that ensures holistic and good care processes. The special housing consists of two departments with a total of 18 places, one of which is specialized for people with cognitive impairment. On our largest department, we offer short-term places, rehabilitation, respite care, and permanent housing.

Here, you will become part of a cross-professional and inclusive work environment with close collaboration between home care, doctors, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and psychiatric support functions. Together, we work to give our users the best possible support – every day, around the clock.

Job Responsibilities:

• Contribute to ensuring safe and professional care and support services for our target group, and ensure that tasks are performed in accordance with quality requirements and legislation.
• Responsible for nursing observations, actions, and follow-up of patients.
• Document in the current professional system.
• Contribute to good collaboration with patients and relatives.
• Some on-call duty at home may occur.
• Be an active driving force in creating a good professional environment and contribute to collaboration across professional boundaries.
• Participate in development processes.
• Responsible for introduction, supervision, and competence development of colleagues and students.

Qualifications:

• Norwegian nursing license.
• Good knowledge of Scandinavian languages, both oral and written.
• Good digital competence.
• Class B driver's license.
• A clean criminal record extract must be presented before employment.
• Personal suitability will be given great importance.
