The Welfare Sector consists of four operations: disability services, home help and home health care, individual and family care, and care and support housing.

We have five care and support housing facilities located in different parts of the municipality. Solrosen and Ryttershov are found in the beautiful central parts of Ulricehamn, while Ekero, Parkgården, and Hökerumsgården are located in the nature-oriented outskirts of the municipality.

Job Responsibilities

Your primary task is to ensure that every person's needs for care and nursing are met. We always start from the care recipient's needs and treat every individual with respect and warmth. With us, you will have a varied job where you combine personal responsibility with close collaboration. Together with colleagues and other professionals within elderly care, you work to ensure that every care recipient has a secure, meaningful, and active life with the possibility to live as independently as possible.

The work includes care and support work according to the Social Services Act (SoL), and the assignment also includes performing delegated health and medical care tasks according to the Health and Medical Services Act (HSL). You help the care recipient in their daily life, and your tasks include personal care, meal support, and social interaction. The job also involves participating in various meetings such as APT (Assessment of Need), team meetings, deviation meetings, etc. Working hours include days, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Multilingualism is an asset, but it is important that you have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• The job requires good documentation skills and experience working in digital systems.
• You need to be flexible and comfortable with varying working hours, which means working days, evenings, and weekends.
