Alma Assistans is the dedicated company that creates personalized assistance in collaboration with the client. We work closely with our clients and know that good relationships are the key to successful assistance. We operate throughout Sweden with our head office in Uppsala and local offices in Gävle, Stockholm, Gothenburg, Helsingborg, Jönköping, and Växjö.

We are now looking for a reliable assistant for a cheerful and positive woman in her 60s who uses a wheelchair. The schedule is approximately 30–40%. Working hours are during the day/evening: 08:00–20:00, weekdays and weekends. There is also a great opportunity to pick up extra shifts as needed to increase your hours.

She needs help with personal care, cooking, cleaning, dressing, hair styling, etc. Her interests include shopping, interior design, crafts, and spending time with family and friends.

The ideal candidate for this position should have:

• A positive attitude and a twinkle in your eye.
• Be perceptive and proactive in noticing what needs to be done.
• A valid driver's license and your own car, as she lives some distance from the bus stop (approx. 5 km).
• Not have pet allergies, as there are cats in the home.
• Be a calm and reliable person with self-drive.
• Have a strong ability to empathize with others' situations and perspectives.

Experience in healthcare is an advantage, but not a requirement. The most important factor is that the chemistry between you and our client is right.
