We are looking for a Quality Engineer at Elos Medtech in Timmersdala
Do you want to be part of Elos Medtech and our growth journey? We are now looking for a driven engineer who wants to work with quality assurance of medical technology products with us in Timmersdala.
Job Responsibilities – Quality Engineer
As a Quality Engineer, you have a broad role that combines strategic and operational work, with a clear focus on operational implementation. You are responsible not only for driving quality work forward but also for ensuring that the work is carried out in practice.
You work continuously with the development and maintenance of the quality management system, focusing on continuous improvements and compliance with internal and external requirements. The role involves significant personal responsibility where you independently plan, drive, and follow up on quality activities.
You work actively and operationally with:
- developing, updating, and implementing routines and instructions
- conducting internal training
- following up and ensuring the effectiveness of implemented measures
- managing deviations and complaints
- leading and conducting root cause analyses
- responsible for investigating quality failure costs and working continuously to minimize them
- planning, implementing, and following up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- driving activities all the way from identified problem to implemented solution
You also participate in projects where you contribute expertise in regulations, risk analyses, and validation, and play a central role in internal and external audits.
In daily work, you collaborate closely with production and have ongoing contact with customers and suppliers to ensure high product quality and traceability.
In addition, the quality department drives the company's environmental and sustainability work, focusing on reporting, risk assessment, and concrete improvement initiatives.

Your profile

You have experience in quality work, audits, and validation, and are accustomed to working systematically with improvements in a production-oriented environment.
We would like you to have:
- a degree in engineering in a relevant field, or equivalent experience from similar industrial operations
- experience in working practically with quality issues and driving activities from start to finish
As a person, you are:
- driving, self-starting, and results-oriented
- clear in your communication and have good collaboration skills
- structured and methodical in your approach to work
- engaged with the ability to identify areas for improvement and translate them into concrete actions
Experience in the medical technology industry is an advantage.
