We are now looking for retail sales assistants – yes, real-life service heroes!

Well, you meet our customers' needs at night with knowledge, attention to detail, and a great smile – often while refilling the coffee machine or stocking sausages. Because we are a retail chain that offers everything from good food and pastries to quality fuel and fresh toilets. You become an important team player who keeps the station in top shape when others might be sleeping!

We are now looking for you who want to work as a retail sales assistant during the nights with us at Circle K Hedvigsborg in Borås. The position corresponds to 20.92% and is permanent with an initial six-month probationary period. In the role, you have a fixed schedule where you work nights (22-06) every other weekend. At night, it is important to make the most of the time and prepare for your colleagues, so we believe that you as an applicant have a strong drive and can work independently since solo work occurs. There is an opportunity during the summer to expand your schedule and work a lot during the holiday period. To be eligible for the position with us, you need to have a driver's license. As a retail sales assistant with us, you have a monthly salary based on your previous experience in service. The monthly salary for full-time work varies between 27,400-33,065 SEK/month. In addition to your monthly salary, you also receive shift allowances for work during evenings, nights, weekends, and public holidays. Since we have a CV-free and bias-free recruitment process, you need to prove your previous experience by presenting employer references during the recruitment process. For this position, you must either be a citizen of Sweden, another Nordic country, or an EU/EEA country, have permanent residence in Sweden, or be an asylum seeker with valid right to work. During the recruitment process, you need to be able to show documents that prove your citizenship or your right to work in Sweden.
