About the role
As part of a team of five, you are responsible for both technical and administrative supervision of residential properties in Örebro and Kumla. You work independently with great freedom to structure your day and actively contribute to a pleasant living environment for the tenants.

Responsibilities
The role involves varied work, including tasks such as:
- Perform ongoing technical management and corrective maintenance in apartments and common areas.
- Handle fault reports via phone and computer, as well as maintain direct contact with tenants.
- Conduct regular rounds to ensure that the properties are clean and functional.
- Be responsible for supervision and order in environmental rooms and common spaces.
- Perform minor repairs and installations, such as appliance replacement.
- Independently plan and structure preventive maintenance.
- Collaborate with colleagues and external contractors on larger projects.
We are looking for someone who has
- Basic technical understanding of property operations and maintenance.
- Good ability to handle customer contacts and treat people with humility.
- A valid B-driver's license for travel between properties.
- Fluent Swedish skills in both speech and writing.
It is an advantage if you have
- Previous experience as a property caretaker or in a similar role.
- Background in the construction, electrical, or plumbing industries.
- Basic knowledge of property law.
- Experience in independently structuring rounds and maintenance plans.
