Technical Project Manager – Quintus Technologies, Västerås

As Quintus continues to grow, we are strengthening our project organization and are now looking for a Technical Project Manager who wants to take a central role in technical projects in a global engineering environment where structure, collaboration and delivery focus are key.

The Role

As Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading technical project activities across functions. You will work closely with engineering, automation, electrical design, purchasing, production and project management to ensure alignment, clear priorities and successful deliveries.

This is a broad and visible role where you combine project management, technical understanding and leadership. You will follow up project economy, coordinate resources, manage timelines and make sure that decisions and actions move forward across the organization.

The role requires a good technical understanding, strong project discipline and the ability to drive progress through collaboration. You will work in an environment where initiative, ownership and clear communication are important to succeed.

Your Profile

We believe you have a relevant university degree, together with solid experience from project management, technical coordination or project-driven work in an industrial, engineering or manufacturing environment. You are used to taking responsibility for planning, coordination and follow-up, and you understand project economy, resource planning and the importance of clear priorities. You can move between details and the bigger picture, and you are confident in leading work forward through others.

Your leadership potential and personal approach will be important. We are looking for someone who is structured, communicative and confident, with the ability to create trust, build collaboration and bring people with you in a professional way.

You combine a business-minded approach with a good understanding of technology and delivery. You are fluent in English and Swedish, both spoken and written.
