• Technical post-secondary education or equivalent work experience considered equivalent
• Good ability to communicate with customers both verbally and in writing
• Good proficiency in Swedish and English
• Good computer skills and the ability to learn new systems and products

• Experience from a similar role
• Experience with pumps and pump stations or related areas
• Experience from the water and wastewater industry and/or industry
• Experience with procurement, both private and public

We prefer that you have previously worked in similar roles, or in another customer-facing role. About the role This is a qualified role where you work with both sales and technical advisory. Among other things, you will:

• Prepare quotations for both standard and customer-adapted solutions
• Analyze customer needs and select the right technical solution
• Work closely with sales, customers, and technical teams
• Provide technical support and relieve our technical organization
• Follow up on quotations and drive business forward

We primarily work with customers within Water and Wastewater and Industry. The role involves frequent contact both internally and externally. Responsibilities Based on inquiry documents and customer needs, you will select the right products regarding technical requirements and applicable standards, and compile this into a complete quotation. The work involves problem-solving, and in your daily work, you will have an ongoing dialogue with customers, the sales organization, and other involved parties via phone and email. You primarily work with Scandia Pumps' existing customers. Your task is to help customers find solutions. Mainly, existing customers are processed, but new customer acquisition is also included. To succeed in the role, good technical understanding and a willingness to understand customer needs are required. The role also includes responding to incoming inquiries and providing technical support together with colleagues. You are responsible for ongoing sales administration, quotations, follow-ups, and order placement.
