IT Process Leader

Do you want to drive the development of future IT processes in an organization where structure, quality, and efficiency are crucial? We are now looking for an IT Process Leader for a client within the defense industry, where you will play a central role in developing, harmonizing, and improving IT processes and working methods.

In this role, you will work closely with operational IT activities, focusing on process development, tool support, and continuous improvements. You are responsible for ensuring efficient process flows, shorter lead times, and high delivery quality, while driving roadmap activities and developing processes according to best practices and ITIL.

You will become a key part of creating structure, alignment, and long-term development within a complex and socially critical IT environment.

Your responsibilities

• Lead the development and maintenance of IT processes, methods, and working methods.
• Drive harmonization and standardization of processes within the organization.
• Ensure processes follow ITIL and established best practices.
• Work on requirements related to tool support and process improvements.
• Drive roadmap activities and improvement initiatives.
• Monitor process performance and identify areas for development.
• Facilitate workshops, dialogues, and collaboration between various stakeholders.
• Contribute to increased efficiency, improved delivery capability, and higher quality.

Your profile

• Experience in process development and process leadership within IT.
• Good experience working according to ITIL.
• Understanding of and experience with ServiceNow.
• Experience driving change and improvement work.
• Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with various parts of the organization.
• Good analytical skills and a structured working approach.
• Experience with roadmap work and coordination of development initiatives.
