Responsibilities

As an employee with us, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents during the night, including:

• Providing personal care and support to our residents.
• Performing delegated health and medical tasks, such as medication management.
• Handling emergency situations and alarms.
• Documenting care work according to guidelines.

Qualifications

• Trained assistant nurse with a valid professional license.
• Basic knowledge of hygiene, ergonomics, pathology, and communication.
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language to communicate effectively with users, relatives, colleagues, and other professionals.

Work experience in healthcare and care, especially night work, is a great advantage.

Other

A driver's license B for a manual transmission car is a requirement for the position as we also provide home care services to residents in Venjan and the surrounding area, and there can be long distances between our users.
