We are now launching a new rehabilitation service within the framework of Region Stockholm's primary care rehabilitation care choice (LOV), and are looking for an experienced and dedicated occupational therapist who wants to be part of it from the start.

About the role

You will work in an interdisciplinary team together with physiotherapists and dietitians in brand new premises equipped with the latest technology. The focus is on the core mandate defined in Region Stockholm's agreement for primary care rehabilitation – which means you will meet patients in need of early, preventive, and coordinated rehabilitation efforts. The goal is to support patients in regaining or maintaining their activity and functional capacity, based on their daily lives.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a licensed occupational therapist
• Has good knowledge of activity assessments, assistive device prescriptions, and coordination of rehabilitation efforts
• Is experienced in working from a person-centered and evidence-based approach
• Is confident in your profession and able to independently plan, implement, and follow up on interventions
• Has good digital competence and experience documenting according to current legislation
• Thrives in teams and is curious, solution-focused, and interested in contributing to a developing operation
