Caverion and Saab have a long-term partnership regarding the technical management, operation, and maintenance of buildings throughout Sweden. This collaboration is built on trust, transparency, and a shared focus on development and quality.
We are now looking for a forward-thinking Service Project Manager in electrical engineering, with experience driving projects in technical environments, working with both employees and specialists. We are a friendly team consisting of a competent and close-knit group, where you will be a key person.
Your responsibilities
As a Service Project Manager, you handle daily contact with customers and employees. You prepare the basis for quotations and regulate upcoming projects. The role offers great freedom of action but also requires economic results and satisfied customers for long-term relationships.
The role also includes:
- Planning and organizing projects, as well as driving projects with varying complexity and size where several different technical areas collaborate.
- Driving projects from specification to execution and commissioning.
- Communicating, engaging, and motivating staff and customers.
- Communicating with technical specialists as well as commercial contacts with contractors and suppliers.
- Performing economic follow-up.
- Further developing customer relationships and promoting upselling.

Your background
- Experience in a project management role within electrical engineering, or alternatively as an electrical foreman.
- At least upper secondary education in electrical engineering, property, or construction.
- Advantageous if you have project management training.
- Experience working with AB and ABT contracts.
- Advantageous with training in BAS P and BAS U.
- Experience in compiling reports, project economics, and negotiating contracts.
To succeed in the role, we see that you have a good ability to build trust-based relationships and are driven by good collaboration with customers and colleagues. You are engaged and have the ability to drive several smaller renovation projects in a structured way from start to finish. Even in a daily routine with many parallel projects, you maintain structure and work methodically.
The position requires that you undergo and are approved according to current regulations for security clearance. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may, in some cases, entail requirements for specific citizenship.
