Kanalgården Care Home is located in Vreta Kloster and has the Göta Canal right outside. It is a nice care home with beautiful nature and surroundings.

Your task is to provide quality of life. With your help, our residents can maintain their lifestyle and habits. You see every person and interpret what they need. At the same time, you learn a lot about care, aging, and how to interact with people.

You are closest to the resident and thus have a key role in the team with the nurse, occupational therapist, and physiotherapist. You also participate in care planning and write social documentation.

Your experience and knowledge

We would like you to be a trained nursing assistant and have worked a few years in elder care. Good computer skills and experience with documentation are also meritorious. Good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing is a requirement, but otherwise, your CV is not the most important thing. If you share our values and have the right qualities, we give you support and the opportunity to grow.
