The most important job of the summer - become a summer/temporary staff member and spread joy and warmth together with our elderly.
Join us in creating a meaningful life for our elderly. You are a person who enjoys working with people, you are stable, loyal, and have good cooperation skills.
We offer our summer staff an introduction to the operations so that you will feel secure even if you have not previously worked with similar tasks. Within the elderly care, operations run around the clock, which means you may work days, evenings, weekends, and/or nights.
Tasks
Care and Housing Facilities
In our care and housing facilities, we work to provide care, support, social activation, and daily rehabilitation to our residents. We work to ensure that residents have a secure and meaningful life.
A day in a care and housing facility consists, among other things, of supporting and helping our residents according to their assessed needs. This can include personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, toilet visits, transfers, and walks. Delegated nursing tasks, documentation, and contact with relatives are also part of the work.
Qualifications
To thrive and do a good job, you need to have a genuine interest in people. You treat the elderly with respect and take into account their individual needs and wishes.
Since the work is varied, you are confident in yourself, can adapt, and adjust to different situations. You enjoy learning new things, are attentive, and show interest in the work. It is important that you take responsibility for your tasks and are not afraid to ask questions when needed.
- You must be 18 years old and proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written.
- Experience from the care sector and/or nursing assistant education is meritorious.
To work as a temporary staff member in care and housing facilities, you need to submit a valid extract from the criminal record register before employment. You can easily order an extract from the police:

Conditions
Fixed-term employment with irregular working hours. Day, evening, weekend, and/or night work occurs. Interviews and employment will take place on an ongoing basis.
