To our new scratch bakery, we are now looking for a knowledgeable and responsible Bakery Manager who wants to help develop the bakery and customer satisfaction!

We are looking for you who are passionate about baking, sales, and sustainable choices. As a Bakery Manager at Coop, you will have the opportunity to take responsibility, inspire, and develop – both as a leader and a colleague.
About the role:
As a Bakery Manager, you are a key person in the store's daily operations. You are responsible for the bakery and lead initiatives to improve profitability and results, optimize scheduling and staffing, and coach employees to increase sales and customer satisfaction. As Bakery Manager, you are responsible for the overall bakery operations, as well as the development of the assortment and routines in the rest of the bread department. You help shape the store's results through:
- Creating the best customer experience with food joy, inspiration, and world-class service.
- Producing bread cakes, pastries, and cookies, as well as displaying them in manual counters.
- Initiating and driving improvements that strengthen profitability and efficiency.
- Ensuring routines and contributing to a safe and pleasant work environment.
- Working actively with sustainability – both in the assortment and in everyday life.

Who are you?
You are a trained baker or pastry chef and have experience from a bakery, patisserie, or retail. You have experience leading others in a responsible position. You are a team player with drive, a sense of responsibility, and an eye for customer needs. Multilingualism and interest/experience with different cultures are meritorious.
