Thelins Konditori is now looking for a new baker! We work together in our bakery in Gröndal, where we bake a variety of delicious treats seven days a week, both day and night. We have shops scattered around Stockholm, so we occasionally try to fit in coffee tours to visit our colleagues working in the stores.

We enjoy laughing and having fun together while challenging ourselves in our work. To fit into our team, you need to be a person with both drive and curiosity. We are looking for someone with professional experience who is eager for new challenges.

Since we constantly want to develop our range and products, it is important that you value development and knowledge. You often bring a cheerful mood and are open to new ideas and working methods. You are not afraid to take on challenges and thrive working efficiently at a high pace in a work environment where many balls are in the air.

BAKER – DAY SHIFT

As a day baker, your focus will be on the production of high-quality bread, buns, and coffee bread.

We require that you are trained as a baker or pastry chef and have prior experience in the profession. We maintain a high pace in our bakery. Here, we are challenged to bake large volumes using good ingredients, almost exclusively by hand, to always achieve a solid final result.

The regular working hours for a day baker are Monday–Friday. During major holidays, we all join the production team together to prepare for the weekends.
