We are now looking for a Bakery Manager who wants to take responsibility for production and lead our team with clarity, a quality mindset, and professional pride.

As Bakery Manager, you are both an operational and strategic leader. You are responsible for the daily operations of the bakery, while simultaneously developing working methods, quality, and structure.

You ensure that production is efficient, profitable, and maintains the highest level of craftsmanship.

Your main areas of responsibility:

• Lead and distribute work in the bakery
• Personnel responsibility: scheduling, recruitment, and development
• Production planning and flow optimization
• Quality assurance of bread and pastries
• Raw material ordering and supplier contacts
• Costing and monitoring of raw material costs
• Ensure hygiene routines and self-control
• Development of the product range in collaboration with management

We are looking for someone who:

• Has several years of experience from a craft bakery in a leadership role
• Has good collaboration skills across departments
• Is confident in both dough preparation, sourdough, levain, and baking
• Is structured and understands the importance of efficient production flows
• Has a good understanding of bakery economics and margins
• Is a present and clear leader who creates joy at work
• Thrives in early mornings and in a fast-paced environment
• Combines passion for the craft with business acumen
