Adult Education in Upplands-Bro offers Swedish for Immigrants (SFI), basic and upper secondary levels, vocational training, and university college studies. The municipality's own Adult Education Centre (Komvux) is centrally located in Kungsängen Centre.

Job Description

The role of a teacher in SFI, Swedish as a Second Language, and English involves teaching during daytime and evening hours, as well as distance learning. You will be part of a team with competent colleagues, with a strong focus on language instruction.

All work is guided by the school unit's vision with the keywords Safety, Learning, and Future, and the municipality's organizational philosophy: Holistic Perspective, Engagement, and Professionalism. The school conducts education characterized by clear goals and high expectations for students.

We are looking for you who:

• Are a certified teacher with qualifications in Swedish as a Second Language for SFI and basic courses (minimum 30–45 ECTS credits) and in English at least at the basic level.
• Are proficient with computers, as teaching is conducted using a combination of analog and digital learning materials.

About the Position

The position is a permanent full-time employment. Start date August 3rd or as agreed.
