We are looking for you who want to work as a summer or temporary substitute within home care services.

Working as a substitute through the Staffing Center is a developmental role. As a person, you get the opportunity to work and develop within several different operations. You receive an introduction to the operation so that you feel secure, even if you have not previously worked with similar tasks.

Job Responsibilities

As a substitute in home care, we work with the user's needs at the center and support in various ways to facilitate everyday life in the user's home. We work according to assessed support measures such as help with hygiene and clothes, heating and preparing food, and administering medication. Sometimes we also help with service tasks such as laundry, shopping, and cleaning.

We handle a lot of technology in our work. In the mobile device, we see our planning for all of today's tasks. There we can also read and document, unlock doors and medicine cabinets.

We also sign for medications in the mobile device that the user needs help with.

Qualifications

To thrive and do a good job, you need to have a genuine interest in people. You treat the elderly with respect and take into account their individual needs and wishes.

Since the work is varied and can take place at different workplaces, you are confident in yourself, can adapt, and adjust to different situations. You enjoy learning new things, are attentive, and show interest in the job. It is important that you take responsibility for your tasks and dare to ask questions when needed.

• You must be 18 years of age.
• Fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• A Category B driver's license is required for home care services.
• Experience from the healthcare profession and/or nurse assistant education is meritorious.

To work as a temporary substitute in nursing homes & home care, you need to submit a valid extract from the criminal record before employment.
