Your Responsibilities
In short, FANN offers environmentally friendly sewage systems sold to our wholesalers. We support the entire process – from writing quotes to design, installation, follow-up, and have contact with, among others, contractors and property owners. Our product is unique, and much of our focus lies in putting the environment and quality first, which we have the ambition to deliver to our customers daily.
You will, among other things:
- Answer incoming calls and emails regarding price inquiries, advice, new and existing sewage systems, complaints, and technical help
- Work with order placement and invoicing for Sweden and Norway
- Handle returns, complaints, and security agreements
- Create quotes and follow up on leads and existing business opportunities
- Contact new customers, follow up on sales concepts, and build long-term relationships with partners
- Support field sales staff in customer-related and administrative matters
- Perform soil sample analysis and size sewage facilities
- Maintain customer registers and work in SuperOffice and Monitor
On the support team, there are also different areas of responsibility distributed among colleagues, which means the role can develop and broaden over time.
Worth Knowing
This is a recruitment for FANN with placement at the headquarters in Täby. The position is full-time with a start date as agreed, and the work takes place primarily at the office. The switchboard is open from 8 to 4 with some flexibility.
You will become part of a small office where approximately four people work on-site daily.
Our Expectations
We are looking for you who primarily thrive in a service-oriented role where you get to help customers, create security, and find solutions. At the same time, you have an interest in technology and the environment, and enjoy understanding how things work. Perhaps you have studied something technical, worked in a technical environment, or have a technical interest in your spare time. This is meritorious, but most important is your curiosity, your willingness to learn, and your commitment to providing really good service.
You have experience in customer service and are accustomed to helping customers find solutions. The experience can come from telephone-based support, retail, or another service-oriented role where you have learned to treat people professionally and create security in the dialogue. You communicate fluently in Swedish, have sufficient English to handle simpler questions and customer dialogues, and find it easy to work in different systems.
As a person, you are proactive, energetic, and responsible. You have a strong service mindset, a positive attitude, and the ability to drive cases forward even when the questions are complex. You thrive in a role where you get to combine service, structure, and problem-solving with your interest in technology and the environment, and want to develop together with FANN towards more environmentally friendly sewage technology.
