Construction and Grounds Worker – For you with the right drive and work ethic!

Human Talent is now seeking construction and grounds workers for assignments with a client in the construction and infrastructure industry for the 2026 season, starting in May.

Here you will have the opportunity to work on projects where you see concrete results of your work every day.

About the role

As a construction worker, you will have an active and varied daily routine where you work on various types of projects together with your team.

Your responsibilities:

• Water and sewerage works (VA)
• Paving and stonework
• Ground preparation and excavation
• Road construction and landscaping

The work is carried out both independently and in teams, requiring you to collaborate, take initiative, and maintain a good pace.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Fluency in Swedish (spoken and written)

Advantageous:

• Experience in construction/infrastructure
• Machine operation skills or ability to read drawings

Other details

Location: Luleå, Piteå, and Boden

Working hours: Monday–Friday, daytime

Scope: Full-time, seasonal employment from May to November 2026
