Grounds and Infrastructure Worker – For those with the right drive and work ethic!

Human Talent is now looking for grounds and infrastructure workers for assignments with a client in the construction and infrastructure industry for the 2026 season, starting in May.

About the role

As a grounds worker, you will have an active and varied daily routine where you work on various types of projects together with your team.

Your responsibilities:

• Water and sewage works (VA)
• Paving and stonework
• Site preparation and excavation
• Road construction and landscaping

The work is carried out both independently and in teams, requiring you to collaborate, take initiative, and maintain a good pace.

Requirements

• Category B driver's license
• Swedish language skills (spoken and written)

Advantageous:

• Experience in grounds/infrastructure
• Machinery experience or ability to read drawings

Other details

Location: Luleå, Piteå, and Boden

Working hours: Monday–Friday, daytime

Employment: Full-time, seasonal employment from May to November 2026
