Specialist Nurse Wanted for Longer Autumn Assignment

Are you a specialist nurse in child and adolescent care seeking a developmental assignment in a secure and patient-centered healthcare environment?

We are now looking for experienced pediatric nurses for a longer assignment within child and adolescent healthcare during autumn 2026.

About the Assignment

You will work on a child and adolescent ward where care for children and adolescents with varying medical needs is provided around the clock.

The work includes standard tasks within pediatric nursing, including:

• Care and observation of inpatients
• Medication management
• Collaboration with doctors and other professions
• Contact and support for patients and relatives
• Documentation and patient assessments

The operations are characterized by close teamwork, high patient safety, and a family-centered approach.

Introduction

• Workplace introduction is offered
• Clinical introduction for those who have not previously worked in the unit

Period & Scope

• Period: Week 36–48
• Scope: Approximately 548 hours
• Working hours according to schedule; day/evening/night and weekend shifts may occur

We are looking for someone who

• Is a registered nurse with specialist education in child and adolescent care
• Has experience in pediatric nursing
• Is confident in independent assessments and nursing care
• Has good collaboration skills and a professional attitude
• Thrives in an operation where the patient and family are in focus

Meritorious:

• Experience in inpatient care within pediatric nursing
• Experience with acute patient flows
• Experience with electronic health record systems in inpatient care

Requirements for Presentation

The following documents need to be available for presentation:

• Updated CV
• Specialist Nurse degree in child and adolescent care
• CPR training (adult/pediatric)
• Two current references from the last assignment or employment
