Your responsibilities

In the role of Programme/Project Planner, you will work closely with the operations in a project team currently consisting of four planners. The focus is on planning, risk identification/risk coordination, execution, and delivery related to the project, all in close collaboration with the responsible project manager. You are expected to contribute actively, for example by leading workshops, being responsible for sub-tasks, documentation, and follow-up of the project. In this role, you are also expected to drive the work forward, such as planning activities together with the project manager.

The main task is to support the responsible project manager to ensure delivery within:

• Project planning
• Resource and capacity management
• Risk and opportunity management
• Review leadership
• Follow-up
• Tool support

Your profile

We are looking for you who have a structured way of working, are responsible, and possess good communication skills. You find it easy to collaborate with others, are flexible in your approach, and drive tasks forward.

Furthermore, we would appreciate if you have:

• An educational background in a relevant field, preferably in Industrial Economics.
• Experience in project planning/project management.
• Good system competence, with experience in project management or planning tools being an advantage.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English.

The position requires you to undergo and pass the security clearance checks according to current regulations. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may, in some cases, entail requirements for certain citizenship.
