Assignment Description

We are currently looking for an experienced Epic Owner.

What You Will Work On

• Drive and coordinate a strategic Backup & Recovery and cybersecurity transformation initiative
• Plan, manage, and follow up on activities, milestones, and deliveries
• Coordinate collaboration between IT security, infrastructure teams, architects, technical specialists, and external vendors
• Manage risks, dependencies, priorities, and escalations across multiple workstreams
• Lead design, architecture, and technical workshops
• Coordinate testing activities and verification of recovery capabilities for critical systems
• Support transition and handover activities to operational management teams
• Ensure solutions align with technical, operational, and regulatory requirements
• Drive structure, progress, and clarity within complex transformation initiatives
• Provide status updates, recommendations, and decision support to stakeholders and leadership

What You Bring

• Previous experience implementing technical solutions in complex IT environments
• Strong experience planning, coordinating, and driving large epics, programs, or transformation initiatives
• Ability to analyze requirements, risks, dependencies, and delivery impacts
• Experience coordinating multiple technical teams and external suppliers
• Good understanding of IT infrastructure, Backup & Recovery, and cybersecurity-related initiatives
• Experience working within regulated environments or organizations with high security requirements is considered an advantage
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive initiatives forward
• Structured, organized, and results-oriented working style
• Strong analytical and solution-oriented mindset
• Experience navigating large organizations and managing complex stakeholder environments
• Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English, written and spoken
