The position and duties

This autumn, we are looking for an engaged German teacher at Falkbergsskolan in Tullinge. The position is part-time at 60%. You will belong to one of the school's four work teams and teach German in all grades (grades 6–9). Your work also includes mentoring a group of students. Together with your colleagues in the work team and subject group, you will plan, conduct, and evaluate the teaching, and you are responsible for ensuring the teaching maintains high quality. The teaching is scheduled for three days a week.

Falkbergsskolan in Tullinge is a school for students in grades 6–9. The school has approximately 445 students and is characterized by competent and engaged staff with certified teachers.

Requirements: We are looking for you who are a certified teacher with the qualification to teach German.

You have a conscious understanding of your role as a teacher and are a clear leader with a positive approach. You put the student at the center and have the ability to create a good working climate with engagement, curiosity, and security in the group. You differentiate your teaching and have good knowledge of meeting students' different needs based on their prerequisites.

As a person, you are unpretentious, contribute with your knowledge, and are open to learning more from others. You build good relationships with students, colleagues, and guardians. You are good at collaborating, are receptive, and understand the importance of actively working with inclusion, individualization, and student influence.

You are structured, plan, and organize your work efficiently so that all students receive the support and challenges they need. You work formatively and inform students and guardians clearly about how learning is progressing. You are positive towards school development and find it exciting to challenge yourself and develop in your role as a teacher. We consider it natural that you contribute to and are part of the school's systematic quality work.

Falkbergsskolan has long been a digital school and therefore welcomes applicants who have knowledge and experience of working digitally.
