We are now looking for a Site Manager who wants to be the heart of our cafe.

About the Role

As a Site Manager, you work operationally in the cafe, close to both guests and the team. You are responsible for daily operations and lead the business by being present, clear, and engaged. You are a people-oriented leader – warm but clear – who sees the customers, creates security in the team, and contributes to BIM Food being experienced the right way every day.

The role combines customer service and operations with management responsibility and structure in everyday life.

Responsibilities

• Work operationally in the cafe: service, sales, and customer interaction
• Ensure high quality in food, coffee, and guest experience
• Lead, support, and coach employees in daily work
• Some responsibility for scheduling and staffing
• Create structure, clarity, and joy in work within the team
• Ensure routines regarding hygiene, order, and working environment
• Be a role model in service, pace, and interaction

Requirements

We are looking for you who share BIM Food's values and want to work in a business where food, health, and people are at the center.

We therefore see that you have:

• Experience from restaurants, cafes, or similar operations (preferably as restaurant manager, assistant manager, shift leader, or in another leadership role)
• Barista skills and interest in coffee and service
• Genuine interest in food and health
• People-oriented leadership – you are warm, clear, and present
• Ability to see both guests and employees in everyday life
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing

Location: Stockholm
Scope: Full-time according to schedule (Bim's opening hours are Mon-Fri 8-18, Sat 11-15)
Employment type: Permanent (probation period 6 months)
